Welcome to CDK Family Medicine & Walk-In Clinic, located at 175 Princess Street, Kingston, ON.
We provide full family medicine services in the Kingston and surrounding areas for unattached patients or those who cannot access healthcare in a timely manner.
About the Walk-In Clinic
The walk-in clinic is open 7 days per week, except on statutory holidays and long weekends.
You do not need an appointment and can walk in the same day to see a doctor on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once you register, you may leave the clinic and return in time for your name to be called, in the order of registration.
We do not triage based on priority. Emergencies should be seen at the local hospital ER.
Closing Policy
Due to the volume of walk-in patients, and depending on the number of doctors available, registration of walk-in patients may be closed earlier than clinic closing time.
CDK Family Medicine, located at 105 Sutherland, is no longer a walk-in clinic. It is for booked appointments only.
Non-Emergencies Only
If you have an emergent medical concern, please visit the nearest emergency room.
Our walk-in clinic is equipped to manage NON-EMERGENT acute medical concerns. We do not have imaging, EKG, or bloodwork services on site. If you have a family doctor, please do not use our services for chronic medical conditions, non-acute issues, forms, health exams, or controlled medication refills. These should be completed by your regular primary care provider.

- Minor Procedures (Joint Injections, IUD Removals/Insertions, Biopsies): Requires a Booked Appointment

- 3rd Party Assessments: Booked appointment preferred
- Forms: These may require payment, and may also require several visits or booked appointments, depending on the nature of the forms. Some forms may not be possible to complete due to lack of medical history, information, or medical documentation

Booked Appointments
Follow-up appointments are initiated by our walk-in providers or staff for certain medical reasons.
If you have a booked appointment at our clinic, please bypass the walk-in line up and register either at our front desk or the self check-in kiosk. Patients with booked appointments are those enrolled with a family doctor at our clinic or have a prebooked follow-up appointment as advised by the walk-in physician or staff. Some appointment types also require booked appointments. Minor surgical procedures, IUD insertions, 3rd party physicals, or forms, are a few examples.
