For time-sensitive, same day appointments, or after hours clinic, please call us to secure an urgent appointment.
CDK Online booking is available for patients of Dr. Chris Kozanitis, Dr. Cesia Quintero, Dr. Suzanne Shephard, Dr. Hina Atif, Dr. Teresa O’Brien, and Dr. Yen only.
Please note that we work with Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs). You may be booked with a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner on behalf of your regular doctor, when using the online booking option.
Vaccinations, Cryotherapy, Cervical cancer screening / HPV testing / Pap smears, Ear Flushes- You have the option to book with the PA, Nurse or Nurse Practitioner.
For all minor procedures, such as skin biopsies or IUD insertions, you will first require a consultation with the Healthcare Provider.

After-Hours Clinic
Please call same day to book your After-Hours Clinic appointment. For Saturday AHC, please call 613-766-0318 on Friday. The phone hours are (9am-3pm except 12-1pm).

In case you require medical assistance outside of clinic hours, for non-emergencies:
Please call 8-1-1 to speak with a nurse after-hours. A registered nurse at Ontario Health is on duty after regular clinic hours, on weekends and holidays, ready to assist you.
Minor Ailments
As of 2023, Pharmacists can now also provide prescriptions for up to 19 minor ailments if your doctor’s office is closed or you cannot access our after-hours service. For a full list of minor ailments, please refer to here. Please visit your local pharmacy or the Ontario College of Pharmacists website for more details and updates.
If you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, such as chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing, or stroke symptoms, please call 911 immediately or proceed directly to the nearest emergency department. Our After-Hours Clinic is not equipped to handle such emergencies.
Prescriptions
Prescription renewals should be done when you are seeing the doctor. For enrolled patients, there is a $25 fee for prescriptions written without an appointment. This fee covers the administrative costs, as this service is not covered by OHIP. Please book a follow-up promptly before your next refill is due and do not wait until last minute, to avoid unnecessary work and charges.
